Single Male Mastiff Looking For A Long Term Relationship…

Well hello there. My name is Albert, but you can call me Al. I’m a youthful 3.5 year old English Mastiff looking for a long term relationship that can turn into my forever home.

Little bit about me:
I love long naps, deep cuddles and the occasional ride in the car.  I am a big fan of other dogs - both big and small, and I just love the little kids.  They smell so good!

My foster mom says that I am just a dream dog- I don’t bark, I don’t jump up on people, and I really, really want to please everyone.  I’m learning the stupid pet tricks that humans seem to enjoy - I can almost do a great sit, and well, laying down for long periods of time is my specialty. I don’t pull too much when on the leash - I like to walk at an easy pace, so really, I guess you could say I’m a great walker.  The labs that I currently live with are runners, so I don’t tend to go on walks with them, but we all get along when going on car rides together.

Truth be told, I’m a bit of a ladies man - this weekend, my foster mom had a girls weekend, and I was the center of attention, letting everyone just pet my head and roll on my belly for extra rubs.  I love being around people, but once in a while, I just need to do my own thing and take a nap.

If you are going to adopt me, there is something you should know about me - I love toys.  I love toys that squeak, toys that are squishy and toys that make lots of noise.  I don’t get the whole playing “fetch” thing - I leave that for the labs, but give me a stuffed bear and I am good for hours.  I will be your forever friend if you toss me a rawhide or a bone.  Man, do I love bones.

What are you waiting for? Fill out an application and make me your forever dog!

Al is being fostered in Arlington, TX.
