Meet Cookie! She is a gorgeous apricot "fluffy" Mastiff. We're really wanting to find a foster-to-adopt family for her. She was surrendered by her owners due to her severe separation anxiety and destructive behavior, and being an escape artist. Her owners had taken her in from a woman who couldn't keep her and had her for about 5 weeks before giving her to us. So at the tender age of 2, she's now on her third home. This girl is so sweet, and she's been through a lot in a short time. Now she needs a family to continue her confidence building.

Cookie needs a family with breed experience and/or experience with dogs who have separation anxiety. Preferably a home where someone is home at least part of the day. She is currently on medications to treat her anxiety and doing well. Cookie will need to be walked on a leash until she can be trusted to not try and espcape the yard. She is fantastic with other dogs, good with cats and kids too! Cookie's family will need to be extra slobber tolerant as this girl drools a lot!

Please email us if you are interested in Cookie! info@greatplainsmastiffrescue.org

Cookie is being fostered near Tulsa, OK.
